All our homes are individually furnished to a high standard, and all villas in the "luxury" tier include the following:

2. Air Conditioning
3. Microwave
4. En-Suite Bathroom to Master Bedroom
5. Fridge-Freezer
6. Cable Television
7. Screened Pool
8. Towels and Linen
9. Telephone

Furthermore, some of our homes are "executive" tier, and include everything in the luxury tier, as well as one or more of the following extras:

1. Spa
2. Lake or preserve view
3. Games room
4. 2 Master bedrooms
5. Gated community

The following optional extras can be ordered regardless of tier, at an additional cost:

1. Bar-Be-Que
2. Cot
3. Safe*
4. Pool heat*

* These items can only be hired for certain villas.
